During these 3 years of work at CARiD, I have made many large and small UX improvements, each of which was tested and, if a/b testing was successful, implemented. In particular, led a full redesign of the product page, which increased begin checkout rate by 30% on desktop. Optimized My Account UX, reducing support tickets and increasing profile completion. Improved vehicle management, driving a significant uplift in conversion for vehicle-specific products.

CARiD is a high load e-commerce platform for auto parts with 3 million monthly users. My task was to improve UX without changing the project architecture, increase retention, implement and scale the design system, research user behavior, and improve their interaction with the platform.
